Not only did the staff go above and beyond to help me find my lost ID card, but they also provided me with quick access to a washing machine when I needed it. the flat-screen TV in my room was a nice touch, making my downtime even more enjoyable. I was extremely impressed by the attention to detail and high level of customer service at this hotel. I will definitely be returning in the future.
